Sai Padmalaya is a growing construction company that works in collaboration with VEE3 Construction in building apartments. Sai Padmam Enclave is our current project which constitutes both Individual homes and apartments. The Individual homes are completed and occupied by the customers. A total of 5 blocks, 168 apartment homes are planned to be constructed. Two out of five blocks are nearing completion and our first block will be handed over by January, 2021. We offer both 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments with excellent facilities at an affordable cost. We believe nothing attracts customers more than quality and we abide by it. We are located in TPM Nagar near Om Sadhana School, Madurai. Our facilities include automated lift, park area, 24 hour security system and power backup for common areas and limited electrical in individual apartments.
